Should we now add LB to the major list of needs on this team in 2025?

I'd keep Kendricks around if Zimmer is to be retained at DC (he knows zimms system, can help the younger LBs, veteran presence). Maybe draft another LB and add another in FA and restart the slow passing of the torch from Kendricks to the younger LBs. The torch should have been handed off to overshown but now we may not see him till 2026.

He could play LB and be a pass rusher.

Surprise pick: Aaron Glenn (Detroit DC).....doubtful at best but might have good influence on Parsons & Diggs....but needs to have input in the "groceries".

Honest effort? I‘m not kidding even a little bit when I say Jerry and Giggles don’t know how to properly manage the salary cap in the modern era. They just don’t.

Guys like Howie Roseman in Philly get it. They have huge contracts with Hurts, AJ Brown, their two tackles…and somehow they can afford Barkley at $3.8 mil a year. We paid Zeke $2 mil a season. Let that sink in. These guys are completely out of their league in roster building on a cap.

For sure. We drafted one with a bad neck x2, leg damage , so they really need to find the talented one with a bad back or already has CTE.

DL should be too. We have no one at DT. Mazi has been better but no where close. And we will either have to overpay to bring Osa back or have a desperate need at DT.

There is not a single position where incumbent players would prevent us from taking someone playing the same position in the draft. There are needs everywhere up and down the roster.

They’re not dumb enough to think he’ll come back next season. Even optimistic Jerry won’t say Overshown will be back next season. Best case scenario is he’ll miss half the 2025 season.

Absolutely, needed a MLB before the injury and still need one. I think MLB is harder to fill, while, Liufau can take over for Overshown then it's just depth. Cowboys need to restock the front 7 and get a FS. Offense, just get 3 new RBs, and 1 QB or two and let's roll.
