Shultz or Jarwin

Both have stepped up when called upon. I like both. They are trending in the right direction.

Schultz. Jarwin, for whatever reason, is not as consistent.

Cowboys have been trying to find a 2-TE combo for years and may have finally found one. Should be an open competition for TE#1, but could see a 60/40 split.

Pretty pleased with what we've gotten out of Shultz this year. He's made some tough catches and often picks up some extra yards.

I can situation where Schultz plays more snaps than Jarwin, but Jarwin sees more targets in the passing game

We'll have both. But one is going to get more snaps than the other

Jarwin, but I will enjoy the training camp competition.

BTW, Schultz and Trysten Hill are perfect examples of why you give players time and give the coaches the benefit of the doubt.

Schultz did nothing last year, his second in the NFL. He was almost a liability in the passing game and this year has been an average starter. Some players take time and its a good think they gave it to him.

Schultz is a better player.

I would never compare him to a stiff like Trysten Hill though. Who despite being a bad player on an all time bad defense has won over the fan boys cause he was there and stuff. He did nothing.

neither jarwin-schultz are good edge blockers, that's why 2 TE set on a frequent basis would not work, that's why we'll will still see Blake Bell who clearly our
best blocker.,,,plus this is more 11 personnel 3 WR set we'll using more than anything..

jarwin is the better athlete better speed dimension than, schultz but who knows how long it will take for jarwin's knee recovery.and return to
prevoius form.
