I can see this possibly making Moore uncomfortable and insecure. Give McCarthy credit for his means toward helping his football team. Unfortunately, his biggest threat is the guy who signs his checks. Jerry's passive team wrecking abilities should not be underestimated.

His handful of clock management snafus, coupled with the Cowboys’ continuing playoff difficulties have given the perpetually miserable “viable” reasons to continue overreacting. Plus, he’s fat. A lot of those mental giants who attach weight to coaching ability were the same people who were convinced that Garrett’s clapping made us lose.

I think Mike overachieved big time considering we lost our starter after a dreadful opening game, and let go of three players that we didn’t replace.

I get that but if Mike gets us another playoff year next year he needs to be extended for 10 years. That would be miraculous.

And if he doesn’t than what? Payton is gone. The available HC pool was lousy this offseason. The only one I could even fathom would be Riley at this point.

pretty much MM was the best of that years new coaches. Many here wanted rhule or Meyer, even said rivera would have been better pretty much the fans were anti MM for sure. pretty sure without looking, most have been fired and for sure MM has the best record since he got here.
