Had nothing to do with teams waking up. Not enough time to pull it with the lock out and not knowing when it will end was the reason. It will be back next year.

This probably has a lot more to do with the training camp and offseason stuff being short and there not being enough time to get things in place properly and such.

I'm sure HBO hates it too cause I'm betting they'd LOVE to have a hard knocks coming out of a lockout.

It's mostly because of the lockout, but they had a tough time getting teams to agree to do it as well.
