anyone have any feedback on this?

love the rep of the brand.
for the P250, i love how it can be interchangable for size as well as caliber.

just looking for insight before i shell out almost $500.

I have a 9mm compact. Its a decent, accurate pistol. The cost is relatively inexpensive for what you are getting, if you are considering it because of the ability to convert to different calibers I wouldnt really recommend it, just because you can do that with a lot of pistols. If being able to convert to a different size is what appeals to you then I would recommend it. It is really neat for that.
What price is the one you are considering, if you dont mind my asking?

around $500 when it's all said and done. while others may do it, the sig just has a solid rep and i kinda wanna kick the tires.

Nothing wrong with that at all. As far as shooting goes they are very accurate as are all the SIGs I have ever shot. I think they all come with night sights too which is a good thing to have if you intend to use for home defense especially. Only thing I didnt really like when I first got mine was the DAO. I kind of cut my teeth on 1911's so I got used to single action. Got used to the double action pretty quick though.

Personally I'm a huge sig fan so I'm likely a biased opinion but the P250 is a nice pistol if you want a solid review of it you can check out a good number of reviews on youtube but I usually like the ones done by Nutnfancy the vids can be slightly long at times but are usually worth it.
