I'm not saying that you specifically have a low IQ but 99.9999% of posts similar to yours would disappear if the rule was implemented.

'... more than any other year in his career'...? - it's only his third season, so don't act like it's some storied career. And many of those sacks are on Dak. In fact, he is the most sacked and most fumbles lost QB in the NFL. Maybe YOU should learn football better, sir?
