"Buzzards gotta eat , same as worms. " From The Outlaw Josie Wales.

"Come and meet my little friend."

Al Pacino in Scarface. Ton's of great lines in that movie.

Actually that is #2 because I can't post #1 because it's not family friendly. :)

My all-time favorite:

"You're gonna need a bigger boat." - Martin Brody, Roy Scheider, Jaws

My next eleven all-time favorites:

"May the Force be with you." - Han Solo, Harrison Ford, Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope
"Get away from her, you [expletive]!" - Ripley, Sigourney Weaver, Aliens
"Go ahead, make my day" - Harry Callahan, Clint Eastwood, Sudden Impact
"I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!" - Howard Beale, Peter Finch, Network
"If there is one more plague on Egypt, it is by your word that God will bring it. And there shall be so great a cry throughout the land, that you will surely let the people go." - Moses, Charlton Heston, The Ten Commandments
"We didn't land on Plymouth Rock. Plymouth Rock landed on us! " - Malcolm X, Denzel Washington, Malcolm X
"I'll be back." -The Terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Terminator
"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." - Rhett Butler, Clark Gable, Gone with the Wind
"Made it, Ma! Top of the world!" - Arthur Cody Jarrett, James Cagney, White Heat
"Get your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!" - George Taylor, Charlton Heston, Planet of the Apes
"Rosebud." - Charles Foster Kane, Orson Welles, Citizen Kane

"Fill your hands, you son of a _______." --John Wayne, in True Grit

One of mine is:

"We're gonna need some more FBI guys, I guess" - Die Hard

"Aye, fight and you may die. Run, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR FREEDOM!" - William Wallace, Braveheart

"I will have poetry in my life. And adventure. And love. Love above all. No... not the artful postures of love, not playful and poetical games of love for the amusement of an evening, but love that... over-throws life. Unbiddable, ungovernable - like a riot in the heart, and nothing to be done, come ruin or rapture. Love - like there has never been in a play." - Viola De Lesseps, Shakespeare in Love

I have several. My Cousin Vinny has MANY.

I will go with The Unforgiven.

Little Bill: I don't deserve this...to die like this. I was building a house.
Will Munny: Deserve's got nothin' to do with it

Too many to mention, so I'll throw out the 1st that comes to mind besides various "Ridgemont High" quotes.

How about...

"Go sell crazy somewhere else; we're all stocked up here." – Melvin Udall (Jack Nicholson), As Good As It Gets

"I'm your huckleberry." --Val Kilmer in Tombstone

That movie has too many great lines for just one, especially from Kilmer, but that one is my favorite.

"Alright you primitive screwheads, listen up! You see this? This... is my BOOM STICK!!! The twelve-guage double barreled Remington, S-Marts top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. YOU GOT THAT?!!!!"

- Ash - Army of Darkness.

Also from the same movie.

Ash: "Well hellooooo Mister Fancypants. Well, I've got news for you pal, you ain't leadin but two things right now: Jack and ****, and Jack just left town."

for all its historical inaccuracies i love that film and never fail to get goosebumps, particularly the bruce "you have bled with wallace now bleed with me" bit at bannockburn.

spinal tap is my personal favourite for lines, me and my mate sat drunk one night rolling about the floor laughing as we reeled out every line just before it was on the tele (like i said we were drunk)

Tombstone really does have some of the best quotes ever. Kilmer was amazing in that movie.

I like these lines from this movie:

Little Bill: You just shot an unarmed man.
Will Munny:Well he should have armed himself.

Also from Tombstone

You tell him I'm coming and hell is coming with me.
