Signed by Cowboys Signed by Cowboys OG Dustin Stanton

From Dave Helman

"Cowboys just announced they’ve signed OG Dustin Stanton, who was an UDFA after last year’s draft. He spent training camp with Cincinnati last year, but he wasn’t on a roster during the 2017 regular season #cowboyswire"

Makes sense as we now have Cincy's former Oline coach

ho hum. Go get JJ Wilcox, he's a stud

By my count, Dallas now has the rights to 92 players (91 if Witten does indeed retire).

So at least one player has to get cut soon with Stanton signed.

I'd like to be a camp body. How much do they pay!?

As ridiculous as it sounds with the multi-billion dollar industry the NFL is, I think some only get a few hundred bucks during camp. That's why the rookie free agent signing bonuses are often so significant. These guys have to live off something until they do or don't make the team.

I think their stipend is a little better than a few hundred bucks.

It don’t hurt to give him a shot. See if he beats out some depth we already have.
