Tom Brady comes to mind too. Wolverine bench warmer to first ballot Hall of Famer. Couldn't hold down a starting job in college, but took Bledsoe's pretty easily.

Brown does have longer arms at 351/4 compared to Mills at 34, and just getting your hands on a RDE can be half the battle IMO. Although he's older than Mills, I'm a little more comfortable with Brown at LT if Tyron was to go down.
