I'm not a Garrett fan. But I understand why he hasn't lost these players yet. It's because he's not a loser. He's average, but he's not a loser. (with nine years and two playoff wins) He's lost most fans, but not the players.

For most of the players he's the only hc they know so some of it is sentimental or emotional. Also changing hc could mean that their jobs are in jeopardy especially for the marginal starters and the backups.

Us fans aren't so close to the situation and have been around for Landry or at least Jimmy so we are more results driven and we know what good looks like.
