My biggest concern is hate SNF games. I have to stay up later than I want and this week I have to choose between Dallas and Yellowstone for
The players had already stated that they know they can't be overlooking the Colts. So what makes you believe that they are working on their TD celebrations above focusing on ensuring that the Colts game doesn't turn out like the Packers game?

Prime time game = best time for orchestrating TD celebrations. Players will ALWAYS say they're focusing on team at hand, play at hand....yet, every team is susceptible to this kind of thing

Lakers - won a title in 2020
Bama - won a title in 2020
Yankees - won a title in 2009

Cowboys - won a title in 1995

Hahahaha.

I can't shake this sinking feeling that this game isn't going to go like we all think/want/expect it to.

I'm not sure this is the most mature team out there, and I'll bet MM feels same way.

Everyone in here just assumes this will be an easy win. Why do I get the sense the players are too, and are focusing way too much time on TD celebration planning for a prime time game, than on the Colts? The Colts are trying their azz off for Saturday....and they run the ball a lot, and likely won't give us any gifts. We fall victim to a trap game every year. GreenBay was NOT it...nobody looks past GB , Aaron Rodgers, at home (even though they aren't great now).

Not saying win, lose, draw.. But I can't shake worrisome feeling that in 4th quarter, we will be sweating, and that the game day thread will be a roller coaster ride tonight.
We like older QBs with less mobility, our defense will tee off tonight.

I admit the striped helmets are a bad omen, but I think we still have this. I will wear a special shirt to counter the stripes.

It will be a good test to see how they do against Taylor. That's probably what I am most looking forward to.

The Cowboys had a big 2nd half letdown against the much inferior Packers just 3 weeks ago. That is too fresh of a memory for this team to have a letdown this week.

Also, there are newer players still striving to make their mark. I’m not worried about a mental breakdown this week. Having said that, the Colts RB is a real threat to the weakness of this defense.

The Cowboys’ offense must quickly put the game out of reach so that the Colts are forced to pass the ball to recover. That puts the ball in Matt Ryan’s hands which is the worst case scenario for the Colts.

Well, of course the game isn't going to go as we hope.

Fans and media all predict a Cowboys blowout......as if they don't know this team.

The Cowboys only blow out teams with a better record than them. If the team is having a poor season then you can expect a close game.

When playing against the Cowboys, you will hear the announcer using phrases about their opponents like, "First time he's played that well". "a career game", "Never saw him do that before" and "just what this team needed". It's sickening.

Hopefully, we don't get that dream smashing, season ruined game with record penalties, missed field goals, multiple turnovers, and season ending injuries to key players.

Because when everything is going right......well.....you know.

But this team seems different.....maybe.

Prediction: it will be a replay of the Thanksgiving game. Struggle a bit in the first half, but run away with it in the second half

This seems like the most likely situation to me.

Colts come out playing super hard. Dallas maybe starts off a bit slow due to the long week off

But eventually the cowboys talent is just too much and they take over the game.

I think the Jags on the road will be tough. Especially if we get to 10-3.

Texans just because of the inner State rivalry and they stink so bad
Fully agree. That spot scares me.

Lawrence looks like the light has finally gone on, and they much better overall than they were six weeks ago.

They are probably ready to get back on top of that division as soon as next year with the momentum they carry from the end of this one.

Wish we played them earlier in the season

Most games in the NFL aren't easy. The Colts are probably better than their record shows, but who knows Matt Ryan better than Dan Quinn?

We have a great pass rush against a QB that's not too mobile. Stop the run game, establish the run game ourselves and go win this one.

I am more worried about the JAGS game of the next 3 games, that we are suppose to win

Games where the Cowboys are favored by double digits seldom go the way fans think they’re going to go because most fans go overboard. They start predicting how much the Cowboys are going to win by and how many sacks they’re going to have. Go back to last season and look at some of the predictions prior to the Denver debacle. Lol I expect a tough game every week. The games against struggling teams are the most worrisome because the Cowboys may not take them seriously and these teams can throw caution to the wind. Teams like Indy are playing for next season. These are the kind of games that can ruin your season if you’re not ready to play.

I get those too sometimes....but even though Saturday took over coaching for Colts.....it wont be enough....we are going to do a prime-time beatdown...sit back and relax Cowboys will be 9-3 after tonight
