Sirianni gets extended

Let's not ahead of ourselves! I will admit that Sirianni seems to have the CEO-style of coaching down quite well. And I believe his players have his back. Like Reid, he stays out of the way of his DC and lets him do his job.
People ask what he actually does, and I believe he’s a fixer. He fixes problems that other teams would collapse under. Remember the 2023 collapse where we lost 6 of 7? It ended right there because he got the locker room right, upgraded the coordinators, got everyone on the same page. Remember the conversations that he and Jalen weren’t getting along? Where did those go? Remember every time people said AJ’s diva personality was starting to break the team? When has that ever impacted us on the field? Nick Sirianni can put out fires with the best of them. Every single perceived chink in the armor has ultimately resulted in a positive scenario for the team. Our defense went from shocking in 2023 to the best in the NFL in 2024. Our offense went from Jalen can’t throw to him having 2 of the best SB performances in league history.

On top of that, he developed a 2020 2nd round running QB into a SB MVP. Not just Jalen, but What players under Sirianni have been worse than before or after? Think Zach Baun, Miles Sanders, Haason Reddick, CJGJ, Mekhi Becton, AJ himself, Saquon, Brandon Graham, Deandre Swift, James Bradberry, Darius Slay, Jordan Mailata, Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson… everyone had their best seasons under Sirianni regardless of the coordinator carousel.

He’s a fixer
