Sit down Dak

Did ya know that while Dak was warming up vs Vikes he felt a pop, this is news isn't it?

Just give the guy another week if we are afraid of the Broncos then we have no business talking anything.

Stold

He got an injection the next day that brought him relief, and the Cowboys are confident the injury is minor. But Prescott was sore after ramping things up Thursday and threw on the side during Saturday’s practice before the flight to Minnesota. The last thing the Cowboys want is a setback that turns a minor injury into a lingering one.

Skip Bayless talking about the pop, something was wong.

Instead, I'll just wait to see what the Cowboys medical staff say and what Dak says and wants and let them decide rather than panic that he MIGHT get hurt. :) But you do your thing.

You're right the hell with it, if he gets hurt, so what no biggie. Enter....Cooper "Gold" Rush hell yes, YIPPPEEE!!!

IF....again IF. It's not a sure thing. Don't live life in fear man. They know what they're doing. It's risk vs reward.

What's going to be the difference in sitting Dak for one more week? Because even if the Cowboys decide to, there is no 100% guarantee that he won't get hurt or nicked up in some way against the Falcons.

We are so close to being back on top of the pro football world, and it all depends on Dak Prescott. Totally concerned but, if he gets hurt he gets hurt.

Uh, I'm not the one advocating sitting him. I advocate playing him if he wants to play and if they clear him to play. Injuries happen and you can't live life based on fear of what might happen.

The Broncos suck, they have lost five in a row, they aren't coming into Dallas and beating our Cowboys who have won six in a row.

Broncos score 157 give up 137
We score 225 give up 162

If we can't beat that team with Cooper Rush at the helm, we need to dump him and stop talking Superbowl.

Ya give Dak another week off, bring him back at home vs the Falcons next week. That's how ya do this, ya don't put him out there when we don't need him. If he reinjured himself what would we do, ya don't roll the dice.

Nah. The Vikings game was the precautionary game to let him heal. If that game was a win or go home or playoff game, he plays. He will be playing on Sunday. You absolutely can not have that mindset in this league. Look at the Vikings and Bengals. Both of them thought to have easy wins playing against guys making their first ever starts and they lost. Tampa going against the Simien and lost.

Denver's defense is better than the Vikings defense.

A late response, because I'm just getting back. I didn't realize I quoted the wrong person and meant to quote the OP. My bad.

The news coming out on Rodgers makes for even less of a reason for why the Cowboys should sit a healthy Dak.

What??? All the more reason to sit Dak, seriously doubt the Packers beat the Chiefs without Rodgers,

Stars starting to line up....

No Von Miller for Denver...................less rush on our QB
No Aaron Rodgers for Green Bay......................................Chiefs losing to a back up QB, nay!

Just what I was thinking, even though it's what looks like a bad team in Denver this suddenly becomes a bigger game for us with the opportunity to move ahead of GB in the race for 1st seed. I think Dak needs to be out there if he's healthy. Hopefully we have a big lead at the half and then bring Rush in

The Bengals are not the Dallas Cowboys.

No they are not, but the point still remains, you can lose on any given Sunday. A lot of what happened in MN also had to do with luck. It was luck that Cousins missed so many open receivers. It was luck that led to the ball hitting Breeland in the chest and bouncing to Cooper. It again played a part in MN being unable to score after the Cowboys turned the ball over twice. But luck a lot like a woman's feelings is fickle.

Ok ok, we must get this game considering the Rodgers deal so.....

God please protect our QB Sunday.

Change of heart, we MUST get this game with the Rodgers situation, so I said a little prayer now it's in His hands.

This is a tough call IMO...bottom line is in THIS league is there's a difference between playing hurt and playing injured. Each guy and each team has to gauge what that entails....and do what's best for themselves AND the team. So if he's 100% he plays.....90% probably plays.....80% hopefully he doesn't. Just my opinion
