I can't wait, that idiot had been screaming all week long about how the Cowboys won't get homefield advantage, they will lose 1 of their last 2 games, Packers will win out, and the Packers will dominate us at Lambeau.

Guaranted he will talk about nothing but T.O. or as he calls him the team obliderator. I can't stand Skip Bayless. I have emailed ESPN many times about his Cowboys bias.

Skippy is talking about how the Packers had us right where they wanted us having to play on the road in Washington. and then they went and laid an egg in Chicago to let us off the hook.

I agree with him.

Meh, Packers never "had" us, even if they beat the bears. We had the upperhand and controlled our own destiny.

I'm not giving the Packers any credit here. The Cowboys, with a rash of ankle injuries, are going to be undermanned regardless this week. The skins will be playing for their playoff life.

Bayless point is that the skins have a decent chance at home against the undermanned Cowboys. GB's loss removes the pressure and permits the Cowboys to focus on getting healthy instead of being forced to play to win. We'll see what happens but Bayless is right in his assertion that GB laid an egg with abysmal special teams play and another poor game by Farve.

I'm not a Bayless fan by any means, but objectively speaking, I'll give him credit for pointing out the obvious.

Skippie's point? He called the Cowboys front runners. The jist of his message is we were lucky to get HFA because the Packers lost.

As usual, skippy is just throwing bs on the wall hoping something will stick. Perhaps you and skippy don't think we could beat skins next week with some injuries but I do. I believe this team can and will beat skins if we had to play them for the HFA. It isn't like Cowboys are only team with injuries, skins are playing several backups as well, I may be in minority but I'm not impressed with them.

You are keeping Bayless on the air by doing that. If nobody paid any attention to what he said, ESPN would get rid of him, but controversy sells.

This isn't about Skip but it is ESPN related and it's from Shaun King. He said that the Packers losing was a blessing for disguise and that the Packers loss is now better suit for the Packers to win in warmer weather in Dallas and Favre has a "chip" on his shoulder to win in Dallas because he's never done won there.

Now everybody knew ESPN would spin it this way but I found it hilarious that they actually done that.

I miss Woody Paige. He never gave Skip a chance to talk and he had a more objective view. Plus he was more entertaining.

Yeah I don't think thats a spin at all. I am actually a little more worried about us possibly playing the packers here than there. Favre's poor history in cold weather as of late as well as our superb record on the road would indicate that this Dallas team could play with the Packers at Lambeua. Oh well, not complaining about an NFC championship game in Big D.

Let us off the hook? Well good luck, Pack-Favre's history at TX Stadium is ABYSMAL, in case anyone didn't know.

Yah-we almost blew HFA last week when we lost to the lowly Eagles, now the Pack blow HFA completely this week by losing to the even more lowly Bears.

I'll take it, Thanks!

I agree. I think our offense is better suited for the cold weather than Green Bay's.

The key to beating the Packers is always getting a lead and wearing them down. Favre gets impatient, and you have to get him making bad, hurried throws. And the way you do that is get up by ten and make him go into panic-mode.

But first things first. We need to beat the team that comes to Texas Stadium in the divisional round.

I hear what you and tyke are saying. But I wouldn't take it as much as a spin if the media did not make such a big deal about us not having a chance if the situations were not reversed. Before yesterday, all we heard for the past month is that Dallas does not want to go into Lambeau Field in January and that will be such a huge advantage for the Packers to play in the cold weather. Now that Dallas clinched home field advantage, they want to make it like well GB still could come out with a win since there passing game is more suited for warmer weather. They want it both ways.

You guys do realize it was 30 degrees here last night right.

and you do realize the cowboys hosted the eagles in 95 and it was 27 degrees and windy at the stadium right.

Its not exactly tropical here.

and another thing green bay didnt let anyone off the hook. We have earned every damn thing we have. We beat them head to head and won more games, including 4-0 in thier division.

Dallas and GB have to win in the divisional round before they worry about each other.
