Truthfully, Skip was just angry because Aikman jilted him in the locker room.

I was always wondering about this.

If you know the story, can you PM a fellow Longhorn? :D

football season always proves him wrong, always

He was right about us lately, so your "always" really doesn't apply. He was right about Lebron James' Cavs not making it to the NBA Finals. He was right about us choking against the Eagles after we had our hearts ripped out against the Ravens. I hate to admit this one, but he was right about TO.. he was right saying that it was definitely a Jerry Jones decision and not one made together with Parcells, while everyone was hooting and hollering about how they both wanted him. He was also right in stating once we signed him, he would eventually cause our locker room to split, with "TO guys" and "anti-TO guys".

I don't like the guy, but he's not always wrong.. that is for sure. He takes bold stances and sticks to it. Who else is picking us to win the division but him? Sometimes the things he says are ridiculous, but it's to attract viewers and to get the "Did you hear what Skip Bayless just said?" posted around message boards.

Gotta admit, when he goes out on a limb, he hangs there by himself. When he's wrong, he admits it too.

I can't believe I'm sticking up for him, haha

How is he right about Lebron? The guy is breaking records left and right and Skippy is all alone in his bashing him for going 45/12/10 but missing 3 free throws

I don't know which is worse...that he has and uses a twitter account...or...someone actually follows and or reads it.

I personally can't wait for the twitter fad to die off in 6 months like all the other silly internet fads.

He's always wrong, he always ends up making an *** out of him self. Having him like us now is the kiss of death for that very reason

How is that worse than what happened to us last year? Not that I'm a Bayless fan, I just don't think him saying this curses us more than our lack of heart has cursed us.

Did I miss something? Did Lebron go to the finals? He never said Lebron was anything other than great. What he said was that in spite of having Lebron, the cavaliers weren't built right to make it all the way and to illustrate this point the cavaliers are doing everything they can to get more talent around him. Remember, Jordan didn't win either until Pippen got to Chicago..... but I digress. Bayless was still right. Again, I'm not a fan of his and I hate when he rants against my Cowboys but he's been right more often than not... lately.

Your wrong.

The reason Skip is never taken seriously is he has agendas. He hates Lebron and T.O. and they can do no right.

Lebron is "Prince" James. Just the average free throw and below average 3 point shooter to Skip. Never acknowledges the greatness, he always has a silly argument. Even when Lebron went 1 on 5 and took over VS the Magic.

Thats why hes a joke, he sticks to his guns even when proven wrong.

Lebron hasn't "won" anything, because in team sports, he or she doesn't win anything. You win as a team and you lose as a team. Troy Aikman didn't "win" 3 Super Bowls, he was a part of a great team that he was the QB of. I hate when people single out athletes and "what they haven't won." Lebron did everything he could as a teammate and as an individual.

When people do it to Romo we laugh....

The only knock on Lebron is his ego, not his play. And thats where Skip has no credibility.

That and his assertion that T.O. isnt a hall of famer
