I like the fire and brimstone type coaches so I really liked Richard, but he just did not do much for the defense. I liked how the DBs didn't often play 10 yards off the WRs (which is why I did NOT want Zimmer as HC - I remember those days) but the continuing lack of INTs got old. I would not feel good about getting Richard back.

If Mike interviews and wants to retain Richards then I'm on board with keeping him. However, if he wants to look elsewhere then I'd much prefer that than to keep someone that our new HC doesn't want.

I’d rather the DB play 10 yards off than be taught not to look for the ball. It’s the stupidest technique I’ve heard of
