Well, Jerry, based on your criteria, you don't need to look outside. Here is your dream HC:

So….he wants a head coach who is going to be paid based on performance then refuse to give them the players necessary to win?

Got it Jerry.

Honestly everyone, try to find your entertainment in watching this guy humiliate himself, which he fully deserves, because it’s not coming from winning anytime soon. That’s way over with.

When you own a machine that basically prints money, you can say this stuff and actually mean it. Until the money dries out, which it won’t, this is what we’re dealing with for at least another generation.
Most of us will be worm food before this team wins a SB again. Unless they sell the team soon.

Who the hell wants to come take an incentive based contract with a team that needs several new parts?

Yeah, if I’m taking over Buffalo or Kansas City? Cool

We went from thinking Ben Johnson, Joe Brady etc. to maybe Kellen Moore or Mike Vrabel to now it’s going to Mike again or Jeff Fisher
Or maybe Mike Fisher with a plan like that. Lol.

Any HC taking the Dallas job with an incentive based contract, needs to be sure to have say on the roster construction, total control of hiring and firing his coaching staff, and control of playing time included in that contract.

Otherwise, he won't reach any of his incentives nor will he get to the NFC Championship game or a SB.

For crying out loud, why would GM Jones not want to pay for a top coach .This guy is embarrassing his self and does not care.It is beyond belief ,this guy is bonkers.Number one sports franchise in the world and tighter than a banjo string ,when it comes to paying a head coach. What GM Jones needs to do is hire a real GM and let him hire his own staff.GM Jones needs to sail away far far away ,and let a real talent run this team.

She's 100% right............

Given how much Jerry is worth and how much the team is worth and the fact that a head coach's salary has no limitations or impacts on the salary cap, it says a lot that Jerry is being cheap and cares more about saving money than putting together a winning team by hiring the best coach available and instead looking for one who is desperate enough to take whatever Jerry offers.

Imagine being the new fresh candidate in your job industry

One company offers you a 4 year deal average $12-20 million per year with all the incentives and company credit cards.

The other, offers you a measly one year, $3.5 million dollar deal and all incentives. You also get no perks or benefits and your boss is a incompetent jackass.

Who is taking that job? Nobody
