Any of you ladies or gents going to the concert tonight? @BrAinPaiNt ?

May be a logistical pain, but I’d love to buy one or two of you a beer. I’ll either be posted up by one of the bars or in the pit. May not be too hard if any of you will be there btwn 5-6 when the first band comes on. Don’t have my hopes up but giving it a shot.

Just went to this show in Pittsburg on the 9th, what an awesome time. I got there a little late. Anthrax had about 3 songs left in their set.

I don't know about Dallas, but in Pittsburg the beers were 12 - 14 bucks for 24oz.

Ahhh...awesome. Yeah, beers here aren’t any cheaper which is why I said “one or two of you”, lol.

I’ve seen em all at least a few times with the exception of Behemoth which I’m really looking forward to.

Saw Slayer, Anthrax and Megadeth back in 91. Was a good show, but Mustaine was sloppy as **** so Megadeth left a bit to be desired. Other two were solid as hell. A little jealous

Would love to see slayer...especially since i think it is their last tour.

Huh, sorry to hear that. I’ve seen Megadeth a bunch and Mustaine has always been pretty solid. ‘91 was a looooong time ago, maybe he was still partying pretty hard hence the lousy performance.

I’ve seen Phil of Pantera put on top notch shows and I’ve also seen him OD on stage. I think a lot of these older metal bands have settled down.

Shoot, for whatever reason I thought you were in DFW. It’s obviously not the original Slayer and Holt will never be Hanneman and Lombardo can’t be replaced but they still do a great job.
