Take a look at the list. I removed all franchised, restricted free agents and players who have signed.

This is the list of what is out there. Not much.

With a list like that, I would have rather Roy stayed back there.

I like Bullocks, Butler, and Jones.

I admit though that Bullocks is mostly out of bias cause he played for my Cornhuskers.

I like Mike Brown, if he is healthy.

When might that be?????????????Fri, 26 Dec 2008 10:20:05 -0800Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports the Chicago Bears have placed SS Mike Brown (calf) on Injured Reserve. Brown has ended the season on IR for the fourth time five years.

What's the deal with Chavous? He was a top safety not too long ago.

Just getting long in the tooth. Same draft as Ellis and Flo.

I liked Josh Bullocks a lot coming out...maybe signing him and an older vet like Sharper would work?

Oh you guys didn't hear? I guess Wade's doing a "star" formation with Scandrick as FS..

BLAH....

Not a terrible list. You don't really want high profile players to be there, they'll cost too much. If we want a vet, Dwight Smith would be my choice. If we want younger, Will Allen or Josh Bullocks should be picked up.

I know Wade is suppossed to be a defensive "jedi master", but this whole "star formation" crap is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.

We are going to move our 2nd best CB from last year to FS and move our current FS to SS, even though he cant tackle worth a dam. (see Ravens game).

This is our solution in the secondary???, Good Lord..........

Its called working with what ya got.

The options really aren't there. Unless the team somehow catches a falling star in the draft.
