I see our guys having trouble maintaining traction. Yesterday, dez and demarrco and some of our defenders. Seems odd that on our own turf we can't find the right shoe/cleat combo to keep our guys upright. Thoughts?

I understand that synthetic turf requires less upkeep and has other advantages, but nothing beats good ole grass for traction and ankle support. With the ample lighting we obviously get at Cowboys stadium, I'd like to see real grass there instead.

ETA: The Cardinals' stadium has natural turf, so obviously it can be done...

That seems to be a problem often in home games.

Dez made some comments about changing shoes during the game. Something about going back to what he knows works.

grass isn't a good option at Cowboys Stadium.
too many other events occur there.
artificial surface works better for what they do.

they just need to find the right shoes and get a dozen pairs.
