1) A few weeks ago all the mediots were saying the NFC East was the worst division in the NFL. Now both the Cowboys and Eagles are actually playing good football at the same time. Before we beat the Vagiants, they were all over how well they were playing during their four game win streak. All of a sudden the east doesn't look as bad.

2) Who would you rather see in the playoffs? 49ers will be more balanced now with Crabtree back, but Carolina is on fire right now. Either way, if we win the east and make it in, it's gonna be VERY difficult to move on. By no means impossible, but tough nonetheless Thank God it will be at home..

3) Is the winner of tomorrow nights game the best team in the NFC? Howabout the NFL? The home field advantage is HUGE for Seattle. If it were in NO, I would say the Saints would win for sure. However, it's not and with the 12th Man, and the big storm coming into Seattle tomorrow, big advantage Seahawks. I've heard the storm might be gone by then, but we will see. 40/15/100%. We all know Brees doesn't like the outdoors.

4) Does anyone know how close we will be to full strength by next Sunday? I know Mo "CLAY"borne is dealing with possible having his hamstring amputated :) but other than that, what is our injury status.

Lee is expected back. Claiborne and Durant are unlikely to be back for Chicago.

I dont get why you say our playoff game (if we make it) vs panthers or 49ers would be at home? So even if we have a worse record we get homefield because we won our division? its like a pick your poison with those 2 teams. Hard to believe that we'd give either of them a game unless we start playing better than we have all year.

All division winners get first playoff game at home but the top two get a bye. Even if SF/Car ends up with a better record, they would come to Dallas if the seeds were lined up. We win the division, we are guaranteed at least one game at home.

Yes, division winners will have the home game during the wildcard game.

I'd rather see the 9ers than the Panthers right now. Both teams are good, but I haven't been blown away with the 9ers this season, and they've lost a lot of close games to good teams, like we have. They had their own back:back embarrassing beat downs early in the year to SEA and Indy, too. I like their team and they're coach, but they're beatable. That CAR defense is playing really, really well right now. I love defensive games, but for the playoffs, give me some points, please.

i think both 49ers and panthers are unfortunately VERY bad matchups for us

1. they are both very physical football teams and unfortunately, we fold like a house of cards when punched in the mouth (going by recent history)

2. our DL gets little pressure and our CBs are best playing man defense, this is not a good combination against teams that can run very well and have QBs that can scramble

I would much rather see the Panthers than the 49ers. The 49ers are really starting to gel. They got back Crabtree and that will make their offense a lot more potent. They have the best Oline and Dline in the whole NFL. That team would absolutely kill us right now. Carolina on the other hand has been playing good football and is a hot team but their offense really doesn't scare me much. Their have an aging Steve Smith and Brandon Lafell at WR, and aging Deangelo Williams and Franklin at RB, and a QB who is up and down. He has been hot lately but can be off at times and meltdown.

Give me the Panthers. SF has better players overall IMO and if playing well, they can be dominant in some areas.

I worry more about having to play Detroit in the wildcard, if they somehow blow their division, than Carolina or SF. Neither Carolina or SF has enough offense to blow out Dallas, and I like Tony's chances of making a few big plays against either of them. Other than the Chiefs, the Cowboys losses have all been to explosive offenses. Neither Car nor SF has that.

I would play the panthers if they got in. They are a really good team but that would be first playoff experience for many.

I think we're capable of beating either SF or Car but they are both tough teams.

The dream scenario for me, Dallas makes the playoffs and draws Carolina in the first round. We win and then beat Seattle on the road, setting up a NFC championship in Jerry's world with the 49ers who knock off Detroit in the first round and beat NO in the second. Bailey kicks the game winning field goal in the NFC championship and then Romo leads us to championship No. 6!! I can dream right

I actually think the Cowboys match up better against the AFC teams lol. If we miraclously got to the Super Bowl, I'd pick us to win it esp. if the offense was clicking... if Seattle or San Fran wouldn't stop us then no one in the AFC would.

I would MUCH rather Detroit than SF or Carolina. Why on earth wouldn't you want Detroit? We almost beat them in their house.. the game was ours. We match up just fine with Detroit. Carolina and SF.. not so much.

Sorry, I'm just not seeing it. The Eagles are playing good football. The Cowboys are playing the same as we've played all season: we just happened to face a couple bad teams in the last two games. The Giants and 'Skins are terrible.

I guess I'll say the '9ers, but I honestly don't think we match up well with either team.

If the Saints win tonight, they have a strong case for being the best team in the NFL. If Seattle wins, it means less, precisely because of that HFA they enjoy.

Because Detroit had 600+ yards of offense, and would likely do it again, but with more points and fewer turnovers. And our offense can't do much against that D.

It will be much easier to stick with SF and Car and beat them in the 4th quarter than it would be to try to keep pace with Det.

Ill take the Panthers for a few reasons. I think our coaching staff can hang with theirs. I think Harbaugh would steal Garretts lunch. Between the two qbs, for all his wins, I want to see Cam win without the refs help. Keapernick will just eat our Dline for breakfast before he realizes he has a few weapons to use. I think between the two qbs, we could force Cam to blink before Kaepnernick, but I feel Davis , Gore, and Crabtree wouldnt even realize our D was out there. I feel we could stifle Steve Smith enough to force him out of his game.

Just my opinion, feel free to leave your facts at the door and ill consider them as well.

We kept pace just fine in the last game. It took an amazing last second drive for them to win.

I don't care what the final score of that game was. This defense has no answer for Calvin and there's no reason to think that the Lions won't hang 600 on Dallas again. Its almost impossible to win against those kinds of numbers.

In a perfect world, would love for Arizona to slide into the 6th(assuming we get 4th) spot knocking out SF. Would love to face Palmer at home for a first rounder :) That loss yesterday probably ruined that one.

Most likely, we get SF or Carolina. It is a pick your poison game, both have running QB's. Detroit should win the North. Going from the gut, I think we have a better chance against SF, they can throw a stinker in there every so often and Carolina is getting better with a better defense.
