Coaching staff & personal slowly being raided by the n.j. con man. Players not being focused on the key game against the Giants. Players not knowing if they'll be playing for the same coach going into the game. Cmon we all know this has to be crossing their mind. Will the coaches who did interviews be prepared to get the guys ready for the big game or will their mind be elsewhere? Say their new team. Do the players feel cheated that most of their staff is getting stolen? Do they believe this is their only chance at something because they won't know what to expect with their new coaches who come in to replace the others who got snatched by the fat-man?

Huh? No one has to leave. They are choosing to leave. Cheated?

Who has has left/will leave that will have an immediate impact anyway? We are fine with the staff as it is. We just need some draft personnel, but thats long term impact.

But, if they are smart they will take advantage of this current situation.

Ireland and Gaine have nothing to do with what is going to take place the rest of this year. Garrett hasn't gone any where and neither has Phillips.
What's the big deal? The players have a shot at making big noise, that is all they should be worried about. I think that is all they are worried about my self.
