Was reading the recent issue of TSN and came across an article in the College Football Insider discussing college footballs best new hires as Cordinators. Among the list was Reggie Herring.

Reggie Herring, defensive coordinator, Texas A&M
It won't happen immediately-A&M has personnel issues-but Herring's unique schemes will make the Wrecking Crew feared again

Only problem I see is if Herring uses the "bend don't break" scheme he used at Ark this past season.

With Campo on board now, that makes me nervous.

I am hoping he cater's his scheme to Wade's more aggressive philosophy.

Actually, Herring's defensive philosophy isn't "bend but don't break". It is the EXACT opposite. He uses a heavy blitzing defense that is considered overly aggressive and gets burned quite often.

His style is to destroy the QB and live with the risks.

He want be catering anything. He is the LB'ers coach, not Coordinator!
