it may be a small shift, maybe even a larger one, but the culture change has been a key part of the success of this team. its building trust between players, between coaches and between coaches and players. they trust each other and its about winning, not individual accolades.
in years past, the team's mindset and mentality would have been how are we going to lose this game this time. what can go wrong....and usually with that mind set, bad things happen. but slight shift and they are thinking lets go and win this game, we are going to find a way to win and usually good things happen when you think that way (ala bounce into Cooper's arm on last drive).
MM has changed the culture greatly and that's the biggest improvement on the team. no more coaches yelling at each other on the side line ala 2019. players trust that these coaches put them in position to win and thus they have bought in and just go out execute what they are told and they see the results so that bind of trust becomes even stronger. Moore and Quinn look like they are having fun. specially Moore who at times seems like he is toying with Defensive Coordinators with some of his formations. MM fully has entrusted him and let him do what he does and let him grow...that's the key, he is letting him make mistakes and knows he is learning and we have seen Moore grow from first game to this game.
this is how good things happen. the cultural change has been signficant part of the success
