Smallwood fumble was huge

All season long the defense has stepped up and made plays. It has been different players too. Irving one week. Crawford the next. McClain made the big play last night. But the constant through it all? SEAN LEE. Say his name. He has anchored this D all season. He deserves a full season of health after what he has been through. I'm rooting for him.

Huge play. TMac causes fumble, Ty Crawford recovers it. Crawford actually, silently had a pretty decent game.

That was the play that made me think- damn, we really might come back and win this. Being down by 10 was not looking good.

I thought there were two huge momentum plays towards Dallas: 1) fake punt 2) forced fumble and recovery.

Would add BS holding call on Fred beard on Zeke's 60 plus romp. Game was made much more difficult by poor play calling especially early, Prescott forcing passes to Dez, stupid and uncharacteristic penalties and some blown calls.

But Cowboys needed a game like this to remind them that game is not easy and compounding with mistake after mistake can take it all away. Gritty performance and loved loved loved the aggressive fake punt and going for it on 4th and 1. Garrett was playing to WIN, so proud of him.

I think that was Smallwood's last carry ...lol
:muttley:
yes, that fumble was devastating for Philly

what a terrible last name to have as a male though.:omg:
McClain made that play happen more than a fault of Mr. Unfortunate Last Name. Lol.

I don't know why Smallwood was given the ball in the first place since Sproles was having a good game.

I completely missed this part of the game. I switched to the WS during commercial, and thought I switched back. After awhile I thought the commercial seemed too long and checked which channel I was on. By the time I got back to the game we had 3 more points.

A few weeks ago I heard some commentator say something like, "Smallwood hit the hole hard, but the defense got good penetration."

Uhhhh... phrasing
