A number of us have been calling for more run run run. Garrett attempted to answer the call a few weeks ago but the creativity just wasn't there. Well, last night we controlled the clock and hit the Saints in their collective mouths. This is what many of us have been wanting to see. When you run the ball successfully it sets everything else up very nicely. If the team can somehow make this physical level of play their trademark as we move forward it could bode very well for us as the potential for playoffs looms over the horizon.

They were a little pissed off last night. They played with a chip on their shoulders. All week they dealt with the media juggernaut that said they had no chance. Many of us said they had no chance. I was one of those that didn't believe they had a chance against the Saints. It was so good to see them go out and block it all out last night. Hopefully that same approach carries over to their remaining games. The media shouldn't have to play a part. They should prepare for every game in the same manner with the same chip on their collective shoulders.

If the Boys can follow the same formula they came up with preparing against NO they should have no problem winning the next two games. The KEY was running the ball successfully and having MANAGEABLE 3rd downs. The PA was successful and the O was balanced and Gregg Williams was guessing all day.

Agree. When we're ramming down their throats they're in backpedal mode and it opens it up for everything else. Hopefully we see more of that attitude to take us into the postseason on a positive note.

I've been a Choice proponent for as long as I can recall but I really don't care who we have in there if the end result is success. Barber and Felix were big time last night. Some appreciation should also be given to the Oline. They manned up big time as well.

It is nice to know we have someone like Choice ready to step in if needed. I don't disagree at all with your assertion of the best option at RB. We did pretty good with what we had in there though. They've got to find a recipe for consistent success. That display of power running to go with some shifty Felix goodness was amazing to watch.

I think Garrett actually had the Aints back on their heels alot with the balance and mix of play calling. Aints never knew what was coming unlike alot of teams that claim they did.
