I used to make a concrete statement that Palmer was bottom 5 QB and a coach killer. His last couple of years in Cincy were pretty blek. Then in Oakland he was about the same (though I assumed he would be worse because Oakland was such an abyss). When Arians got him I said they would never win more than 5 games.

From what arians did in Pitt, Indy w/ Luck and Arizona, at some point you have to say he is a QB whisperer. mad props
