I would say Romo but it would be a shame if anyone would say Palmer. Palmer has been the biggest disappointment i've seen in a long time. Not Joey Harrington or Jamarcus Russell bad........but a notch higher. This guy had Rudi Johnson, Chad Johnson, TJ, Chris Henry and could do nothing with it. So essentially he needs a All Pro defense and offense to do anything and that won't even be enough.
