SNF Game Thread

Great play by Roth, great tempo out there. They just let it unfold.

I'm well aware of history. I liked them the year we beat them in the Super Bowl, but I always wanted the Cowboys to win over them. Never did I think it would be cool if the Steelers won.

In any case, I've been watching the Steelers since I was about 5 years old. I didn't start being a Cowboys fan till I moved to Texas and then became an Oilers fan before I was even a Cowboys fan.

With my middle school girlfriend, I went to Dallas Cowboys training camp at St. Edwards University as a youth, during Aikman's rookie year, and met some of the Cowboys. They sucked that year, but I loved them.

Not only this, but you should think before you make this sort of assertion. It's really mindless to think that watching and liking other NFL teams is a sin.

I didn't say any other team. I gave specific teams. I kind of like Lions because I lived in Detroit for 8 years. Stealers and Cowboys don't go together, no matter what you want to say about that.

I know a guy who thinks its not weird to like Commanders and Cowboys. I guess it takes all kinds.

"All kinds"... ironic.

In my view, it really is pea-brained to think liking another team outside of a rival is a sin. No, I'm not a Commanders, Giants nor Eagles fan. Never will be.

But I know my roots. You spout off at your judgmental mouth all you want. It's no skin off my back.

Funny way to show it then.

As much as I hate to interrupt the fandom debate, I must comment...

The media spends considerable time extolling the greatness of these two defenses -- and the accolades are unquestionably well earned -- but I wonder if the low scoring tonight isn't due to the possibility that both these quarterbacks are simply overrated.

The offenses are making mistakes too. And the defenses are playing tough. As we see, the Steelers just came up with the ball.

what a play. man i which we had a safety like troy

might be the play of the game. i hope the ravens can stop them here

Don't forget Ray Lewis walked on murder charges. Talk about a pig.

i knew a td was coming after that big defensive play. steelers d comes up big late so often.

theres more then enough time for flacco to get into fg range here

What a game. I love football so much it's not even funny.
