SNF: Giants vs 49ers Game Thread

Um. Because there's 11 games left. We've already beaten the Giants. And get to play them again.
And mainly because. Well. It ain't over.

They're a game up on us now and it's a month till we get Romo back. Things look bleak at best right now.

What makes you think we can go into New York and win?

I think we have a chance, a good one, if Dez returns and with the return of Gregory along with both Hardy and McClain getting more practice time.

The Giants aren't a juggernaut on offense, it won't even be close to what we faced against the Falcons or Patriots. Less injuries as well.

There was a major hold by the Giants OL on the play they called PI on. Giants don't get called for that though.

Also a grounding and an OL 10 yards downfield on a Vereen dumpoff

Really is. Can't help, but think last season we missed our shot at a Super Bowl with Romo.

I just don't understand why with a minute or so left, so many teams lose the game by putting up zero pass rush while trying to prevent the "big play".

The Giants have no name wr's playing the final drive and they score. We have players who have been there for a couple of years and can't get open even if no one is was covering them. Unbelievable.

Not being a quitter. Just looking at it realistically without our two leaders and two best players that we clearly can't win without. Doesn't look good.

I agree it does not look good. No way will I agree it is over with 11 games to play, 2-0 in the division, and injured players are starting to come back. IMO the team already hit bottom and now is the time to see if they start picking themselves up.
