Why didn't they challenge it then?

Because GB lined up quickly and kicked the extra point. They knew it, but Childress did not.

Green Bay lined up too quickly for them to throw it out.

And more than likely GB didn't show the replay on the big screen for the Vikes to get a better look.

Come on guys; I really want Michaels and Collinsworth to be wrong about this. :D

its so disheartening that our defense has faltered in recent games.if we could have hung in there we could be right in the mix with the top teams in NFC.

:laugh2: Gift INT. Of course, our players couldn't have even gotten that one because they would have been wayyyy out of position to even make a play on the ball. In fact, against our defense, Favre would have just thrown that to the WR in stride

Favre is such a drama queen.....he throws a pick and all they are talking about is his long list of owies

"A player is in possession when he is in firm grip and control of the ball inbounds. To gain possession of a loose ball that has been caught, intercepted or recovered, a player must have complete control of the ball and have both feet completely on the ground inbounds or any other part of his body, other than his hands, on the ground inbounds. If the player loses the ball while simultaneously touching both feet or any other part of his body to the ground or if there is any doubt that the acts were simultaneous, there is no possession. This rule applies to the field of play and in the end zone."

This Byzantine blather is proceeded by an even more confusing "Note 1," known as the "going-to-the-ground" clause. The G2G states, "A player who goes to the ground in the process of attempting to secure possession of a loose ball [with or without contact by a defender] must maintain control of the ball after he touches the ground, whether in the field of play or the end zone. If he loses control of the ball, and the ball touches the ground before he regains control, there is no possession. If he regains control prior to the ball touching the ground, it is a catch, interception or recovery."

I think that was a good TD.

I'm so jealous of their o-line. :(

From what I have seen Bryan Buluga looks like the real deal for Green Bay at offensive tackle. I love Dez, however, I wonder if our record would be any different if we had taken him instead of Dez.

I seriously doubt it.

Minnesota's corners stink. If they were in the same secondary with Jacksonville's safeties, I'd be a 60-percent passer agaisnt them

Just a thought: Is Jared Allen a shell of himself.?

Favre is so full of it. I love how he hobbled off and then waved away all the trainers. Hurt ankle my...
