Snow in South Texas

Great pics, Ranch! Love the ones with your cows. Your puppy is so cute. What is her name? And you also have a beautiful home.:) We are southwest of Houston, about an hour away I guess, and we got a good two or three inches of snow Thursday night and Friday morning. It was so beautiful and serene. My gosh. My son took a ton of pics, wish I had a way to get em on here. My phone is still full to the hilt with Harvey Flood pics of our house, so I couldn't really take any, and the few I did were blurry. ppfftt.

It snowed back in 09 here. Didn't stick, but it was pretty coming down anyway. December 4th was the day. My pomeranian Jesse James was born in Victoria on that day. We call him our snow baby because of that. lol. He had an absolute blast in it the other day, by the way! His first time ever seeing it. He's been sick since then, though, although he has been getting better today.

The 04 snow was the most amazing thing I think I've ever seen. We got 8 inches where we lived! That was a once in a lifetimer. I'll never forget it.

The 04 snow was a thing of beauty. It started on Christmas Eve around 6ish in my town of LJ and snowed well into the early morning hours. I kept getting up every hour and looking outside to make sure it hadn’t gone away and this wasn’t a dream. A Christmas to remember indeed
