Commanders fans know this feeling all to well. In 1995 they beat the Cowboys twice only to watch Dallas go on and win the Superbowl.

You knew all about that as well at the time cause every Commanders fan would start any conversation off with how they beat Dallas twice. Like that was supposed to hurt your feelings. All you had to do was point to the Superbowl champion hat or shirt and that was enough to shut them up about it.

Smoked the 2009 Saints in their house.

Lost a close one to the Steelers in Pittsburgh in '08.

Took two out of three from the Giants in '07.

Handed Indy their first loss (in Indy) their year.

Didn't play '05 Steelers or '04 Pats.

Quincy Carter & Co. got blanked in New England in '03.

Can't remember before that.
