If Garrett pulling double-duty as a a full-time Head Coach and Gameday Play-Caller was problematic for Jerry Jones' liking, is it not the same thing currently with Callahan pulling double-duty as the full-time OC and OL Coach?

In light of this, will the club be looking for a new OL coach?
