I suspected it would happen, but I just feel so disgusted. I mean, you can't even put it on Romo unless you're really reaching. It's the kind of night I find myself wondering why I even care enough to watch. This is just so ridiculous. Maybe this isn't the best place to vent, and I'm certainly not bailing on them or anything, but I'm just so sick of this crap. Do you feel me? :(

Yea, I'm pretty tired of attaching my happiness to how a group of overpaid, lazy, professional athletes (and coaches) perform. It's really not healthy. No one want to be around me when the Boys lose, and I can't blame them. I'm just going to try to watch the games from now on out and let the chips fall where they may. The players and coaches don't seem too upset when they fail, why in the hell shouldn't I be the same way?

Yeah, I'm just beaten down and finding it very hard to be optimistic about this team, I'm too emotional involved and it hurts so damn bad I feel the need to pull away, chunk all the expectations and just try to enjoy the game like I do my Texas Tech Red Raiders.

I don't have the same expectations of my Red Raiders because I don't think can realistically ever compete in recruiting. For whatever reason, I just enjoy watching them play and am happy if they can make a bowl game. Last year was great even though they lost the last two games of the year, but I was still able to walk away saying it was a great year.

For whatever reason I never get as upset about the Red Raiders as I do my Cowboys. Sometimes I feel like I have a disease that can only be held off by them winning.

I don't post here a lot, although I do recognize some of the user names here. While I don't admit this on other boards, I'm hard on the Cowboys, but I'm hard on them because I expect and hope for so much more than they give us. I really want to believe in them, but they keep doing crap like this, and tht tells me that I just can't believe in them yet. How many years of this do we have to put up with? We went from the best to being lumped in with teams like the Lions and Browns in terms of playoff wins since the mid-90s. This feels like getting strapped won against your will to receive an enima. I'm just so incredibly disappointed in so many of them.

It's more of a tired feeling with me. They just rip your guts out over and over and eventually, you just don't have the emotion left in you anymore and you just feel tired.

That's where I'm at.

Right after Barber's fumble I could tell the entire mindset of our team changed in an instant. After that, I just wanted the game over asap.

I'm sure the team's mindset followed mine pretty closely. The Giants score, but they do it quickly, which is troubling, but they leave us plenty of time to score.

So, you go out and you start moving the ball again and it's looking good and then you just totally deflate the entire feel of the game with one play. It was a total back-breaker.

I thought they were on the verge of bouncing back mentally, but then they gave up on the Jacobs TD, and it was all over.

I'm disappointed b/c it's little things that just..ARGH!

the Barber fumble deep in Dallas territory. He has 5 lost fumbles out of 857 carries. He's not a fumbler, but just got a little loose w/ the ball there.

The INC to Choice or Roy. Connect on either and odds are they strolll into the endzone. There's the difference in the game.

The punt return...DeCamillis has turned that squad around. It was a 2008 flashback, but I don't expect to see this kind of mistake again.

Just dissappointed that a couple of mistakes not made and this game is a W. A blow out is easy to handle....it's these that are the most frustrating.

(side note: same issue w/ my UTEP Miners this year in 5 of their 8 losses...alll by 6pts or less. I've been living that frustration all year LOL)

I'm tired of waiting an entire week and getting excited for a game and in this case, a big one, only to be let down. To be honest, it really makes you want to quit. I mean, all week you wait and wait in anticipation.. It's like the new roller coaster you want to ride. You wait in line hours to get on it and once you get on you realize it wasn't worth the wait. Wasn't nearly as exciting as you thought it'd be and the whole experience lets you down. Makes you not want to wait on another ride again.

Yet I keep doing it. I love my team, but they make it hard as ****.

Its just the same crap every year,

Every year the Fans overhype the cowboys...superbowl, bla bla bla... coupled with Wade and Jerry's fineese style of football gets man handled by the big physical teams....(Giants, Baltimore) every team out there understands you do TWO things when you play the Boys, make ROMO throw and hope for the INT and get physical with the Defense and they fall apart....fustration has turned into... SO WHAT... just a regular Cowboys season...not big deal anymore....

Cant wait for the Stephen Jones ERA..... Dejavu of the Cincy Bengals franchise...THANK YOU Jerry Jones

I was at that stage earlier in the season, but now I am back to angry. At least the team isn't boring.

I'm with you man. But watch out because people will call you bandwagon fans.

It's the same EVERY year. When we gain any momentum at all and our fans get excited, we come out and lay an egg big time. This culture needs to change or Jerry will start losing the fanbase. These young kids today don't care about this team like we do. But as long as he gets to have the talk about the best stadium in the world, host the NBA all star game, super bowl, big 12 championship game, trying to get a BCS game there and maybe the biggest boxing match ever, he doesn't care. More money in his pocket.

This team just has no fight for the big game at all. And it was the same even under Parcells so it's not just Wade.
