So far so good today. I like both selections, not sexy, but good solid picks. Williams is the coverage type LB we need and will impact our sorry special teams immediately. Brewster is a guy we'll take our time with developing with Davis/Kosier/Holland in front of him. Best football is ahead of him and Houck will baby him until he's ready two years down the line. Both guys are intelligent and high character kids. On to the 4th round with three picks there.

What is the draft over-under on the Cowboys wasting picks on: baseball playing quarterbacks, CB's with legal problems and project OL? I've seen enough. I remember Jerry saying after a superbowl that we only needed to draft back up and special teams players. The result? We had no decent payers to step in at CB, WR, TE, QB, RB or Safety for years. We still haven't solved the safety problem a decade and a half later.

I want somebody 225 instead of 325 who plays on the other side of the ball.
