most uneventful, boring weekend of football I can remember.

Partly because of the byes kicking in and partly because there just aren't very many watchable teams right now in the league.

With that being said, a Cowboys W tomorrow will help me forget.

Most of today's games were painful to watch.

The good teams had blowouts the bad teams were tied/close most of the game but the teams who were better ended up winning. Most of the games could have been predicted easily, there weren't any upsets. Four ESPN experts went 11-2. The game match ups were horrible, and there was only 3 afternoon games at 4.

It was just a horrible Sunday.

I got to watch the Miami-Houston game. I don't get it. Heard all the talk about how well Texans Matt Shaub (sp?) playing. Geez. He can't carry Romo's jock strap. Where's the energy, he's got no mobility, etc. The backup QB for Miami (after Green went down) wasn't that great (not unexpectently of course). But the QB play was mediocre.

Also watched most of the Bear-Packer game. Bears won but they aren't competition for us nor were the Packers. Bears MLB Orlaykheyer (sp?) had it right in the last quarter when he called Favre an old(er?) Tony Romo.

The lions-Commanders game was horrible. Kitna should be benched. He was slow and had 0 escapability reminded me of bledsoe. He was running into his own players. He was throwing errant dangerous passes. They had alot of turnovers. 34-3

The steelers-seahawks game was bad to watch. The seahawks couldn't even put up anything. They took out hasslebeck when there was still 4 minutes??? left in the game. They just gave up. Steelers fans were joking "we want frye." 21-0

Picked the NE-browns game as my upset of the week and lewis got injured on the first drive. The score is very misleading, this could have been a very close game or even a browns win if they executed properly. Browns had 4 turnovers, 2 lead to patriots TDs (one returned for a td, the other was 1 minute 47 second 41 yard drive). 34-17
