Read this comment below from JJT of the Dallas Morning news. From the sounds of it, it looks like Garrett is not planning to use one offensive scheme, but rather mix a bunch of schemes together, Personally, I don't like that because (a) it smells of indecisiveness on Garrett’s part, and (b) it can only add confusion for the players, because these schemes are all so different philosophically.

TAYLOR: I don't think you hire a coach from another team, talk about what a great offensive mind he has and then not give him the ability to call plays and run the offense. Jerry said Garrett is familiar with the West Coast offense, the timing-based passing game and Sean Payton's offense. Jerry said Garrett plans to integrate all of those offenses as well as the schemes Dallas used last season into one playbook. As I mentioned earlier, Garrett will be calling plays this year.
