So How Bad Are The Houston Texans?

Pretty disgraceful to lose to a rookie qb, like the 2002 Cowboys, a team that is supposedly turning a corner and ends up being as bad as ever.

It's hard to describe in words just how pitiful they looked today, but I'll try:

They couldn't run, and they couldn't pass protect;

They couldn't stop the run, and they made a rookie qb look like a pro-bowler;

Oh, and they had numerous mental mistakes on both sides of the ball.

The whole thing had to be depressingly familiar for the Texans faithful.

Sanchez doesn't look or play like a rookie

Sanchez had a good day but I'm not going to give him too much credit until he plays some other team besides the Texans

Htown sports radio will be in full meltdown mode today/this week. Living near Houston, they're a team i actually want to pull for, i like a lot of their players and Kubiak I dont mind, but the fans and media are such Cowboy haters i cant do it.

I was flipping over to that game during the commercials and the boo birds were out early. Then they go to Tenn next weekend, who have had 3 additional days of rest/preparation.

I was happily shocked when I saw the score. I really expected Houston would win the game but they not only lost they were never even in the game. Losing at home like that was pitiful and I love it. :laugh2:

With Tenn next on their schedule I think Texans are looking at an 0-2 start on the season

The Texans looked awful today, without a doubt, but I thought Sanchez also played well above what I'd had expected of him, even if the Texans played horrible I wasn't expecting him to play as well as he did.
