I was listening to the radio and they were saying they expect alot of Cowboys fans to call in sick or miss time at work today or tommorrow because of this game. I guess they want to start drinking early or get all the chores out of the way before game time.

My boss, who use to be a Season Ticket holder for years until he got married and had kids 3 years ago is a huge Cowboys fan and is mysteriously missing in action today :laugh2: .

Have any of you noticed any co-workers missing from work today and you suspect it is because of the game?

I work the night shift. I took the night off. Good news is, I have DTV and the NFL network. Bad news, my big screen had the convergence board go out and it won't be fixed until next week.

When I was in school I wouldn't schedule Monday or Thursday Night classes in the fall semester.

LoL what kind of sucks about this topic is I called into work today to tell my manager that my back is hurting and I wasn't sure if I'd beable to work much today. Today's our truck day and my back really is hurting, i have no intention of taking time off for the game, and I worry about aggrivating it by doing heavy lifting. Unfortunately my manager automatically assumed that I was calling in today because of the cowboys game :bang2:

I'm MIA. Fortunately for me I can work from home and usually do a couple of times a week. I'm not taking any chances in Houston traffic. A friend of mine his headed up to the game and he is a teacher. Cowboys > Educating our youth.
