Has any coach lost their job yet or has any player been cut after the late season collapse and disappointing season? Or do all the players and coaches in this organization get a check to FAIL? When is the move toward making the team better going to start so we the fans can see that the organization wants to get better?

Eagles finished with the same 8-8 record and have already fires one of their coaches. What is Jerry Jones waiting for? Next season so he can go into the new season with the same people??

Well they don't talk about Cowboys news on ESPN and I don't live in Dallas so that's why I asked the question. So it's good to hear because I was hoping and praying all the coaches was not still employed after this crappy season.

Well we did improve over last year so I wouldn't exactly call it a crappy season. It's not like we had high expectations like Philly.

I would change my way of finding sporting news if ESPN is what source you use.......JMHO ......it's the TMZ of sport news

Also.....any season without winning the SB is a disappointment ......I don't know if we can call this season as a improvement from last year.....found this season more disappointing ......we choked a division title away.

Changes will come.....James....Brooking....Newman....will all be gone....we already replaced 2 assistants.....

We also should be active in FA

I disagree and have to use a NBA example. Until 2010, the 76ers were a losing team and then they hired doug collins and with THOSE SAME PLAYERS, he led the team to the playoffs and now has them in 1st place in 2011.

So it's always the COACH not the PLAYERS

This is one of the most talented teams I've seen. I just don't think they have the coach to bring out that talent.
