So many unpredictable results
How does the colts beat the same KC team we saw today
Dolphins beat the bills
Last 2 weeks from niners
Tanking panthers winning today
Many close calls by underdogs
I just think you got to bring it each week. If you’re not prepared any team get beat you. Detroit played inspired today they just wasn’t going to lay down for the boys

we need to bring it every week and I think the defense will . The offense needs to step up. The pre snap penalties have got to get cleaned up and our qb needs to knock the rust off quickly

The Giants being 6-1 is one of the more improbable NFL story lines in my lifetime. They jsut arent good, are trailing in the 4th quarter of every game and keep coming back often from two score deficits. That just isnt sustainbale but the fact that they've done it this long is remarkable.

It wouldnt surprise me at all if they finish 8-9 though, they could just as easily be 1-6 as 6-1.

Truly Gints 6-1 is surprising, week in week out they somehow manage to win.

But, they are not as bad as you make them to be , they played our game also close, but for our D’s improved play they could have won that game too.

I despise our division rivals as much as any Cowboys fan. But there's a part of me that is happy the NFC East is again the best division in football now that Washington is waking up.

Barring a collapse the Cowboys, Eagles, and Giants are all making the playoffs and that's going to make for a really fun postseason.

It's going to be nice for once to have the Cowboys in the playoffs and not having to worry about Fraudgers taking it from us... Fraudgers can watch from Cancun with his cigarettes and scotch imo

It's hard to say they are not good when they are 6-1.

What they are not is explosive on offense, but they have figured out something I have always subscribed to which is consistency leads to winning and winning is all that matters.

The Cowboys beat the Giants because they had Rush which forced them to play the same type of game the Giants play.

If today proved anything is that now that Dak is back, Moore (or Dak) is back to being pass-happy when they should be more focused on playing smart football.

I am not happy that the Giants are 6-1 or the Eagles are 6-0, but until teams find a way to beat them, I am not going to discount or disrespect their wins.

As i see it…there are only two good teams this year (KC and Buffalo), a few okay teams, and a ton of poor teams.

Only 1 time in Rush's starts did he throw it less than Dak did today.

Not sure which game you watched if you think we are back to being "pass happy" lol

Our old friends are likely going to be in the playoffs alongside us and the field is wide open with Tampa, Green Bay, SF, and LA all having down years and being at risk of missing the playoffs entirely. This is likely going to be an awesome postseason

Call me crazy, but I have this weird feeling I can't shake that this could be the year that Dallas breaks through. This team has many traits that will make it a very tough out in the playoffs as a wildcard and reminds me a lot of the recent San Francisco and NYG Superbowl teams along with the 2016 Jaguars AFC conference championship team. If they get hot at the right time, maybe they can break the curse.

I am not talking about stats, I am talking about throwing the ball when we should be running it in certain situations.

This is not about Dak-vs-Rush as I really do not care who starts.

What I want is for them to call better plays and today there were a few times they passed when they should have been running the ball. There were also times they ran plays to the outside when they needed one or two yards and they should have just run it straight ahead.

I just want the team to play smart football and they were forced to do that with Rush, but with Dak, either through play-calling by Moore or by Dak changing the play, they reverted to questionable play calls at key moments.

They aren't bad. but they just run an offense that uses Daniel Jones legs. Its a lot of motion stuff misdirection. Jones also hasn't been turning the ball over. Teams have to find a way to keep Daniel Jones in the pocket.

The most enraging parity is that the Eagles have a high pick next year no matter how well they do. It’s a punch to the gut

Their PFF metrics would predict them to be 2-5 right now. They’re winning in a highly unusual and unsustainable manner.

Which would you rather be, a team with PFF metrics that state you should be 6-1 but are 2-5 or a team that PFF metrics says you should be 2-5 but you are actually 6-1?

I am a big stat freak so I love stats and I love analytics. The key is understanding that analytics is not perfect and stats, no matter how good or how bad, do not supersede winning.

Sure, you can say, "the stats say your play will eventually catch up to you" but sports history is filled with great teams with great stats that fail to live up to their espectations and teams with bad stats that just keep on winning.

If/when the Giants start losing games, then it can be said they are not that good. Until that happens though, saying they are not good while they are 6-1 after 7 games and tied for the second best record in the league is pointless.
