So Pumped!!!! - Going to first game va. Giants

I'm a big Cowboys fan and am really pumped about being able to take my 25 year old son and go the first game at the new stadium. Flying into D-Town on Thurday the 17th and driving down to Austin on Friday. We've also got tickets for the Texas-Texas Tech game on Saturday night (my son is a big UT fan) and then driving back to Arlington for the Cowboys game on Sunday night. I can't wait to just be on a "guys only" bonding trip with my son. If anyone has any suggestions, ideas, places to go , I would welcome all suggestions. This is the first time either of us will ever be in Texas. Also, traveling with a 25 year old, how close is the nearest Betty Ford clinic (I think I'll need it)?

Is there any places that the players appear that we could go to like on Thursday night (radio or tv shows, etc.)?

True Cowboys fan make a minute to see Tom Landry's marker in the state cemetary here in Austin.It's this beautiful Cowboy blue granite and when the sun hits it really something to see.

Thanks for all the well wishes, guys. I'm obviously really looking forward to it. My son and I can't wait. Any suggestions for what to do, see, etc. before the big game as my 55 year old body can only consume so many legal beverages and I actually want to remember the game?
