Big Deal!

Romo had an off day! Lets get rid of him! He just came off his best outing ever.

Coming to my senses, I'll go to the positives.

Dallas has the #1 rushing offense. They ran it at NY very well. Barber averaged almost 7 yds a carry. NY's vaunted Dline didn't get a wiff of Romo.

The Giants have one of the best Olines for running the ball and they couldn't effectively.

I'd worry alot more about the secondary than Romo. If he was on, the game might have been over at the half. Spot a team like the Giants 24 points on turnovers and Dallas still had a chance to win. Not the worst scenerio

Romo's history says he'll play well after a bad game. Look out Carolina.

Dfense ,

You are missing the point, It is not that bad when the QB has a off day. But when the throws are so bd and 2 interceptions later , when we have the lead why the reckless throw on 1st and 10 from mid-field when the running game was working well. Dunk and dink and score one more touchdown then milk the clock , the game was in hand.

Both the OC and QB has to realise when things are not going the way it is normally and adjust . In this case the line was run blocking well and running backs have a field day , why jinx things which are working?

And yet there were other receivers in routes on that play.

The OC calls a play, but it is the QB that has to find the open man. Or what is the point of looking at each receiver.

The fault lies in many places. But the continued mental errors by #9 in similar situations - Dallas vs Giants 2009 pick six - Dallas vs Pittsburgh 2008 pick six, Dallas vs Giants 2009 deep pick on a hope and a prayer throw it up, Dallas vs Baltimore 2008 deep pick on a hope and a prayer throw it up - one begins to wonder if he gets it.

But you are right, the game was in hand. We could have delivered the knock-out blow had we scored six on them.

Instead we get a deep pass for no reason to Hurd in double coverage on a first down. That lies at the feet of Romo.
