So since it's not Romo, who's to blame?

I know a few weeks ago, there were a couple threads about how Romo is the main reason for our pass happy offense. Many said that Romo was constantly audibling out of run plays, especially after the interception to Miles which was an audible. So now that Romo didn't play, and we still had issues with a balanced attacked, do those same people still think it's Romo? 46 passes, 17 runs ... with a back up QB.

I think the answer is obvious, our play caller is down right atrocious and has hampered this offense. I mean you're honestly going to throw the ball in critical 3rd and 2 situations, or 4th and 1 situations? You have a great RB in Demarco Murray, use him, how hard is it figure out? And here's another fantastic play calling idea. On our 2 pt conversion attempt, we go five wide with an empty backfield, like you're honestly going to take away the element of surprise? Trust me, these aren't the only ones, there's plenty of questionable calls. Ohh and here's my favorite, it took this team like 10 weeks just to even move Dez around, like really? Talk about a clueless coaching staff.

I know Garret says he's not the play caller, but then why do you need analyze the play calling card, and even give plays to your QB? Since you're the last one on the chain, you're just changing the play if you don't like it anyway. Even if he's telling the truth and he actually isn't calling the plays, he still needs to go solely due to his horrible management skills. Seriously, I've honestly never seen a HC not know how to use his time outs. Heck, just to even get a freaking time out called correctly he had to get his franchise QB to explain what to do, incompetence at it's finest.

Yea I was wrong about that. It's all on Garrett. He puts his QBs in bad positions to win. All he believes in is the pass.

We didn't run the ball well and Kyle was mostly on the money. I wish we weren't an automatic pass on third and short so much, but I was okay with the passing for tonight at least.

i think garrets been calling the plays for several weeks...the plays over and he.s reading off the playsheet and calling it in too quick to just be relaying it

There's some blame to go around, not just on 1 person. Last INT was on Kyle ( thrown behind Austin ), the 1st INT you can give blame to Witten & Kyle ( thrown a lil behind but goes through Wittens hands ), blame on Murray not securing the ball better on his fumble. Defense did well, but still allowed turnovers to result into points. Garrett gets some of the blame on plays being called ( everyone up in arms in lack of run plays ). Lastly, Jerry gets some blame, simply because he's the owner.

Ultimately the blame goes on the HC, after 3 seasons of being in the same position of "win and get in", the team hasn't gotten it done. It's Groundhog Day and JG is the head groundhog.

The plays were there to be made and Orton didn't make them. Same could be said for Romo in previous times. The bottom line is, if we don't start the search for a QB in the draft, this will be 8-8 next season, and on and on.

Not to piss in anyone's cheerios, but our franchise QB has a 0-3 record in "win and your in games".

What's our backup's record? You know- one of the highest paid backups in the game?

0-1? Worse? Better?

Since when did football become a TEAM GAME?

Doesn't matter who the QB would be. Brady would get intercepted late in games playing in this crappy offense.

Now more than one QB for our team has made these errors.

You think most QB's are capable of these kinds of errors?

Maybe, maybe not- let's look around the league, shall we?

I did... most QB's make many errors throughout every game.

Not just ours.

Man- that suxxors...

Don't get up in arms now because our franchise QB "could have" won the game for us. But then again his record speaks for itself...doesn't it?
