I think it was a bigger upset.

Michigan went on to validate that they weren't a good team. USC, we know, is a good team. And I don't think it's silly to think that a DI-AA team could be better than a DI-A team.

1 thing though is Stanford has about 85 Scholarships compared to App State having about 65 for 1AA.

That being said.. Its almost impossible to beat USC at home. Michigan always doesn't show up for an entire season.

The same USC that almost got beat the week before by Washington? Injuries are setting in for the Trojans and throw in a sub-par QB and the writing is on the wall. Granted I didn't think Stanford would do it, but they are rivals and both in the Pac10. This isn't the same USC team from years past fella's.

Maybe not but their overall talent is leaps and bounds over almost every college program currently except Florida.

USC is in this thing for a long, long time.

You can go live in one of the best places in America for free, get high exposure, play for Pete Caroll, and the list goes on and on.

Also I think if USC shows up to play only 2 teams are good enough to beat them on a neutral field and thats LSU and Florida.

That's his job. Skip is a complete tool and, as a complete tool, he says things that he knows will get people mad. The more angry you become, the more likely you will tune in to see what he says next. Chances are that deep down even he respects Romo's Abilities but why would he admit it when he can just as easily drive the biggest fanbase in the entire NFL into an absolute fervor, causing them to watch an extremely crappy show on a daily to see if today is the day he'll actually "eat his words."

Oh I wouldn't be surprised either. Cal is absolutely loaded on Offense. LOADED.

They have one of the most under-rated coaches in the country in Jeff Tedford who basically has built Cal into a strong program out of nothing.

It wouldn't shock me 1 bit if Cal and LSU play for the National title.

It also wouldn't surprise me if USC kicked the crap out of every team in their path and got in the title game.
