The current options of retaining Pasqualoni or hiring/promoting Bowles is a bit underwhelming. Garrett has just been greenlighted to have final say over his staff, let him do it right.

I'm sure Sparano staying might throw a wrench in the Todd Bowles as DC thing, unless they dont care if he leaves which is possible because Nolan didnt hire Bowles.

You'd like to think if we wanted to hire him as DC that they'd let us, considering everyone there knows that whole thing is a sinking ship and the DC job here is a great opportunity for him short and long term.

At this point in time I wait for the Miami situation to be resolved. I don't think that can be all hugs and kisses over there and it will blow up and Miami will have a entire new staff. I would wait a bit to see what developes if I was thinking I wanted Nolan over Bowles if Nolan were to be freed up.

I don't think they did actually interview Moss this week because it would have to have been for the HC position. If GB is eliminated from the playoffs this weekend, then there could be an interview next week.

Let him name him coaches and insure they understand everything flows through him.
