So, when's training camp start?

We're now in the doldrums of summer sports. Baseball, anyone?

At least the NBA has it right with free agency and the draft. Bing, bang, boom, as soon as the offseason hits they go right into it, unlike football where you have a huge stretch between the Super Bowl and free agency, and then from free agency to the draft, and then from the draft until training camp, and then from training camp to opening week.

Man, this is gonna be a miserable couple of months. Lord knows I'm not gonna be watching the Rangers.

As an aside, this is why I actually think that, if they play it right, the UFL could have some success. If they held their season during the NFL's offseason, I really think I would watch. I am absolutely football starved. I don't think TEK's Romo video is going to hold me over 'til training camp.
