So who is going to start at RB Sunday?

BP, has said that he likes Barber a lot, he has said that about all 3 backs. But he also has said that Barber is ahead of the other 2, in the things that RBs need to do. He is a better blocker, receiver, more patient in the running game, (meaning he lets his blockers do their job, if and when they do do it). He is more polished than the other two guys.

I haven't been following the press conferences, when did Parcells say all these things about Barber being better than everyone else on our roster? Does anyone have an exact quote?

BP said that Barber is the best receiver- no one argues with that. BUT he has not said that he is all that much better a blocker; and he is not as good a runner. As he put it, Barber does not have the speed of JJ, or the wiggle. He is a little better inside runner, being bigger. AND he has been laying the ball on the carpet at bad times. So far he has been lucky in getting it back (very lucky Monday). BP does not believe in luck- it will run out. So realistically JJ if 100% is the man. BUT he is not 100%. So that is the question BP has to answer.

Its not done our backs much good to be patient this year; the Line has not blocked well. BP should tell his backs to find daylight where ever they can find it and use it. IF our line was doing the job IT SHOULD BE DOING, then being patient would be the correct thing to do. BUT right now its not.
