Could be a big Kittle game.
Nice work getting the multi view. With that play in a vacuum I could see giving Diggs the benefit of the doubt. The play in context is not so great because the last part of the season Diggs was avoiding contact. I wish Diggs was playing but he could have just hit Kittle and broke the play up IMO.This is the clip I mentioned earlier. I forgot I created a multi-view gif of the play though:
Perhaps a tackle could have jarred the ball loose. Kittle was still juggling the ball when Diggs made his decision how he would (in my opinion) separate him from the ball.Nice work getting the multi view. Yes indeed, but I did stipulate primary CM and BA as the immediate threats that must be neutered. Then you get beat by deebo and the TE.
Deebo is their 2nd best weapon. They are doing a poor job of using him lately. Aiyuk is just beating one on one coverage and doing it well.Yes indeed, but I did stipulate primary CM and BA as the immediate threats that must be neutered.
Deebo and Kittle will be chased in man all night.
Daks fault. D played great!!This is the clip I mentioned earlier. I forgot I created a multi-view gif of the play though:
This is the game that puts all the weight on Dak, its early but the media will still bury him if he doesn't have a great game.We had an expression in the Army: Handle it, handle it, handle it!
Dak Prescott was already put on alert before this very season. A full blown opportunity and stars are made just that way! This is the game that puts all the weight on Dak, its early but the media will still bury him if he doesn't have a great game.
Teams have more than one really good WR, and SF is right there.Deebo is their 2nd best weapon. They are doing a poor job of using him lately. Aiyuk is just beating one on one coverage and doing it well.
Just show up to their talent level...they'll be fine. Our O-line needs to show up healthier than they've been thus far this year if our offense stands a chance of keeping up with that of the 49ers. Limiting the 49ers offense is a task that most teams are unable to limit enough to outscore the 49ers. Let's hope our pass rush finds enough success to thwart the 49ers passing attack and limit their rushing. as well. That's a tough task for any defense. Let's hope that ours is up to it. Mike McCarthy will be challenged to call his best offensive game of the year vs. the 49ers stout defense for his offense to score enough to win.
Strong pressure and the Dallas secondary is still, very good.Teams have more than one really good WR, and SF is right there.
Aiyuk allows SF to hide Deebo, and that is a scary notion to contend with if you are not paying attention, not you, you know what I mean.
It's still 11 on 11 sometimes 12 if the crowd is loud, bottom line is SF has weapons on offense equal to ours.
Difference will be the chess match amongst the coaches, that is where this game is decided.
Deebo is banged up. His style of play is not conducive to staying healthy.Deebo is their 2nd best weapon. They are doing a poor job of using him lately. Aiyuk is just beating one on one coverage and doing it well.
While what you say is true, we do not want to be the team facing a healthy Deebo, and he isn't 100 percent so I will take any advantage vs this 49er team.Deebo is banged up. His style of play is not conducive to staying healthy.

This is a challenge...good!While what you say is true, we do not want to be the team facing a healthy Deebo, and he isn't 100 percent so I will take any advantage vs this 49er team.
Cowboys need this win for much deeper reasons than a week 5 matchup, team confidence is everything at this point in the season.
I think that's right, it's a small sample: Schatz and Tanier said as much when they discussed this in their podcast. I'm more concerned about the '9ers replicating the running success the Cardinals had. This is interesting, but probably overly skewed by 2-3 plays (Wilson TD vs. the Jets, Wilson long completion vs. the Cards).
All great points and I’m not disagreeing with you. I do believe Diggs doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt with all fans because of how he was avoiding contact towards the end of the year.Perhaps a tackle could have jarred the ball loose. Kittle was still juggling the ball when Diggs made his decision how he would (in my opinion) separate him from the ball.
All this was happening at real speed. Diggs made up his mind in a split second. Kittle finally hauled in the pass a split second later. Diggs whiffed a split second after that. If true, the gamble would have highly likely paid off because Kittle did not have any firm hold on the ball.
That did not happen, so Diggs got labeled with the 'making a business decision' label. In my experience, tacklers making a business decision square up the ball carrier, go low, and either bounce off or whiff. In Diggs' case, he launched himself perpendicular to Kittle, chest high, elbow/shoulder/forearm forward.
I do not know. Intentionally launching your entire body in front of a ball carrier is a really ELABORATE way of avoiding contact. Diggs was giving up over 50 pounds to Kittle. Why would Diggs risk getting t-boned and trucked flying himself across so close in front of Kittle?
